DGR Global Limitied (formerly D’Aguilar Gold Ltd) is a resource project generator and investment company focused on generating exploration and development companies in a wide array of minerals. DGR Global’s philosophy is to secure provincial tenure positions prospective for commodities which attract globally exposed capital funds. Exploration concepts are often novel and each project or exploration strategy is initially held as a separate subsidiary of theparent company.

DGR Global Projectsare conceived directly through the skills and experience of D’Aguilar’s team of exploration geoscientists, not by the costly purchase of properties. This important difference give D'Aguilar its strong competitive edge as most resource investment companies purchase their projects at a high cost with restricted scope and low diversity.
DGR Global engages manangement in the subsidiary, with project specific finance raised in the subsidiary – faster and less dilutive to D’Aguilar. As the subsidiary project develops and starts to derisk the subsidiary is separately capitalised (seed raisings followed by an IPO).
DGR Global Projects commonly emerge from detailed reassessment and reinterpretation of large databases and when combined with increased metal prices and advances in technology can turn former sub-economic deposits into viable projects.
DGR Globalr’s current portfolio contains seven subsidiary companies; three of which are ASX listed. They include exploration for nickel, gold, silver, gas, oil, copper and molybdenum.
D’Aguilar’s unique business model allows for range across the resources market and gives investors the opportunity to choose between investing specifically in a particular project/commodity or in the parent company which retains a significant carried interest in each project.
