PRI JAYASURIYA (B.COMM, CA)
 Chief Financial Officer Mr Priy Jayasuriya is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years experience in public practice and has a broad knowledge over a number of industries. Mr Jasasuriya has worked as a chartered accountant in Australia, Singapore and the United States of America and brings a range of expertise in the areas of due diligence, internal control, corporate governance, international financial reporting and statutory compliance. Mr Jasasuriya commenced his career with Ernst & Young and holds a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Queensland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia. Mr Jasasuriya has significant experience in mergers and acquisitions, with a strong background in financial management and reporting. |
