Armour Energy is D’Aguilar Gold's most recently formed subsidiary and was specifically created to focus on a new gas province in the Northern Territory. The Project is aimed at the delivery of gas to both Queensland’s Northern Economic Triangle and the Northern Territory and has 118,814km2 of land area currently under application in the Northern Territory.

Armour Energy executive and management are experienced in major project and unconventional gas exploration and development and have a planned IPO and ASX listing scheduled 2011.

Highlights:

1. Historic strong gas shows and flows.
2. Access and operational preparations, pre-tenement grant, are well advanced
3. Active exploration program is planned
4. Conventional gas targets present early gas discovery and flow potential
5. 40 trillion cubic feet (TCF) of potential is outlined in gas bearing shales that are indicating similar characteristics to currenlty producing US shale gas reservoirs.
6. Armour Energy will be apply the proven Coal Seam Gas and US Shale Gas techniques to the exploration and development of their tenements.
